Key Things To Know About Bumpa's Online Payment Method
Transaction Fees: There is a 1.5% transaction fee on each transaction. You can choose to bear this fee or let your customers pay it. You can choose who bears this fee under Payment Methods.
Bank Account Display on Your Website: When customers are making payment on your website, the bank account that will display is a virtual account from Paystack.
Confirmation Time: Payments are confirmed in 15 seconds.
Remittance Time: Payments are settled into your bank account within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Payment Options Available with Bumpa's Online Payment Gateway
When a customer comes to your website, they pay you through our online payment gateway powered by Paystack.
This payment method gives your customers six options through which they can pay you:
Card: They input their card details and easily make payments. This is secure, and there is no risk of their card details being stolen.
Bank: This makes payment seamless for your customers across numerous platforms. They can link their bank account securely to Paystack Vault and unlink it anytime. Usually, buyers choose this if they shop online often.
USSD: This is payment through bank transfers with the unique code of the bank. Eg: *737# for GT Bank etc.
Visa QR: Here, your customers can simply scan a QR code to make payment.
Transfer: This is one of the most popular options amongst online shoppers. Here, they make a transfer to a virtual Paystack Titan account, which is remitted to you within the same timeframe as the other payment options.
OPay: This is a special payment option for your customers that use Opay

No. If your customer does not pay after placing an order, it only shows up as an unpaid order on your Bumpa dashboard.
Question: How do I change the bank account I receive my Bumpa remittance in?

Question: How can I receive payments in a business bank account on Bumpa?
Kindly upload the KYC requirements for Tier 2: BVN, NIN & CAC documents. Also ensure that the names on these documents match your business name or personal name on Bumpa.
